Paper Submission


Papers submitted to BICS 2013 must be single-spaced in one column format within an area of 122 mm x 193 mm with 10-point Times-Roman font. Each paper must not exceed 10 pages including figures and references (papers beyond 10 pages are subject to page surcharge, and 12 pages are permitted at maximum). All papers must be written in English using the Springer LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science) style, including all tables, figures, and references. Download the

It is required that the authors use the style file of Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science when preparing the manuscripts to ensure the uniformity of papers. Please use the typeinst.tex (LaTeX users) or word_template.doc (WORD users).

***The following information is important when submitting the final paper ***

When submitting the final paper using your Easychair author account, note that:
(1) Please submit a PDF file of your camera-ready paper.
(2) Springer requires all authors to provide source files (WORD or LaTeX directory) of the final paper and an electronic copyright form. You should zip the source files and the copyright form, and then upload the ZIP file as an attached file of your final submission.

The electronic copyright form can be downloaded from here.
Please fill in Title of the Contribution, Author(s) Name(s), and Corresponding Author’s Name, Address, Affiliation and Email. It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You should scan the form into PDF or JPG format.
