WELCOME COCKTAIL RECEPTION

All registrants and their spouses are invited to the Welcome Cocktail Reception, which will take place on Sunday, 26th of June, at the pool area of the Hawaii Grand Hotel at 20:30hrs.



GALA DINNER

The Gala Dinner will take place on Tuesday, 28th of June at Omodos Village.  Transportation will be provided departing from the Hawaii Grand Hotel at 17:45hrs.  The Event will take place outdoors so casual dress code is recommended.  A short guided tour of the village will take place before dinner.

AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT
